INITIAL SURVEY

This allows us to meet you at your property and discuss your vision to ensure we fully understand your requirements.  A site visit in person, will help us to value engineer the design and give you the best possible product, for the lowest possible price.  Also, specific details concerning location, or any potential issues can be noted at this stage to prevent problems upon installation.

QUOTATION

A detailed quotation, build specification and target programme will be carefully produced, and both an electronic and a hard copy sent out for your review within 5 working days of the initial survey.

start to construct your garden room
CONSTRUCTION

Upon acceptance of the quotation and payment of the deposit, our build team will start work on your garden room.  Build duration is typically 2 weeks, however much faster build times are possible dependent on the size of your project and the specific construction methods utilised.

Handover - job completion by hm garden rooms
Handover

Once the garden room is complete our build team will issue you a handover file containing all the information relevant to your project.  This includes our 10-year structural warranty, electrical test certificates, manufacturers literature for any fixtures and fittings, cleaning and maintenance information and keys to any windows & doors.  We will also demonstrate any features unique to your build, including heating, lighting and bi-fold door operation.
